First statewide general election TV ad to air Saturday during Arkansas game; Campaign’s buy runs through Election Day

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Sarah Huckabee Sanders for Governor campaign will launch its first statewide general election TV ad on Saturday, September 3, as it begins a $3.5 million paid media campaign through Election Day.

“I am grateful for the support thousands have made in this campaign to ensure I can take my message of freedom, empowerment, and opportunity to every corner of Arkansas,” Sanders said. “As governor, I will defend our freedom and champion good schools, higher paying jobs, and a better life for all.”

The first general election TV ad for the campaign will air Saturday during the football game between the Arkansas Razorbacks and Cincinnati Bearcats. Go Hogs! The ad is, “No”, which first aired during the primary, about how being a mom and White House Press Secretary prepared Sanders to take on the radical left and the challenge of leading Arkansas.

Beginning Wednesday, September 7, Arkansans will also see the ad, “Quality Education”, in which Sanders discusses her vision to provide a quality education for every child in Arkansas.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders: “When I’m governor, we will educate kids, not indoctrinate them with the left’s agenda. We will empower parents, not bureaucrats, and we will prepare students for the workforce, not government dependency. I believe every kid in this state should have access to a quality education, a good job, and a better life right here in Arkansas.”

Voiceover: “Sarah Huckabee Sanders for Governor.”

Sanders won the Republican nomination for governor in May with more than 83 percent of the vote—a historic victory. Since launching her campaign, Sanders has shattered the fundraising record for most money ever raised by a candidate for governor of Arkansas.
